i was called and promised a 2500 credit card with a upfront 200 deposit to be debited on the 22aug and 5sep. Steve the rep. claimed there was no annual fee, min of $10 or 5% of purchase monthly fee and i would have a 8.9 fixed interest rate. he said i would be given 200 dollars in vouchers to replace the 200 deposit i paid on my first purchase of 200+. the problem came in when i was approved through my bank for a credit card so i called back and i did speak to more than one person and steve again to cancel my card. they claimed i needed to cancel 48 hours prior to my account being debited so i tried.. i left 6 messages to cancel and return my call to verify but no one ever did and i called steve back and he claimed to go over to customer service himself and give them my name and number and said they would handle that for me and it would not be debited. so the 22aug came and my account was debited and it took my account into the negative because i had used the money for something else. so i called my bank and told them of this situation and while talking i googled this company to give information to my bank and found this site about them. (how ironic). So my bank gave me my money back and put a stop payment on them. but i feel so foolish and hurt because i have never been through something like this to be rip off and have money taken from me in this way.
