Playboy's senior leadership is totally out to lunch. It's no wonder that Playboy is losing money and that they can't even figure out how to produce a catalog anymore.
They refuse to produce the products that their customers want to buy. The people who work at the Playboyshop.com are the laziest most dysfunctional people on the face of the earth. They don't even have a 1-800 number anymore. They say they want product release requests but if you leave a message for them at (424) 284-8470 or (415) 729-1953 for product release requests or information they will never ever carry them and they never return any phone calls. Many of their products are overpriced. Their shipping and customs’ clearance prices to Canada are a total rip-off.
The women in new issues of the magazine (post 2015) are no longer attractive or sexy. The articles in new issues of the magazine are filled with feminist Marxist garbage.
All their back issue magazines are dog-eared and damaged. No one at Playboy including Mr. Hefner himself returns any phone calls or letters.
Maybe they'll go out of business one day and then we'll get the old 1990s Playboy back under new management.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: They need to carry the products demanded by their customers. They need to respond to letters. They need to bring back the Playboy Catalog.
I liked: Some of their products, some of the products that they produced in the past, many products were made in America and sold at reasonable prices.
I didn't like: The fact that they will not reprint items from previous catalogs, no one there returns any phone calls or letters, customer service is awful, that they do not listen to their customers, that they do not have a catalog anymore.

Playboy needs to improve their customer service and go back to their 1990s-2015 magazine format

The photography in the new Playboys is lousy. Playboy needs to restore the title "Entertainment for Men" to their magazine and go back to being a real MENS' magazine. They need to go back to the 2015 glossy cover format and old style Playmate Data Sheets where they listed the bust, waist and hip measurements, height, weight, birth date, turn-ons and turn-offs of all the Playmates. They need to bring back a 1-800 number to vote for the Playmates. Not everyone has internet access. They need to regularly do reader surveys to find out what their readers want and then do what their readers tell them to do.
