I ordered an Elmodoll for my 1 year old daughter on Dec 8/08 for Christmas. I paid through PayPal. The company took my money. They sent me a confirmation number and that I can check the process of my order on their website. It's now January 7th, 2009 and it states it's still processing. The 1-800 number is not available in Canada, so I asked a friend in the US to call for me and the number is disconnected. I emailed several times with no response. I even emailed the owner of the PayPal account with no response. I filed a complaint with PayPal and they went in my favour but was unable to retrieve my money from the client. Do not buy from this site, they should be shut down. I even contacted the web company that designed the site with no answers. I guess I won't see my money or Elmo?
