I tried to log in to my account yesterday morning, and it did not recognize my password, nor did it recognize my e-mail address when I tried that way. I should NOT have been deleted. I follow all of their rules, and am
always respectful when messaging. I don't even write suggestive inuendos. I have also been nothing but polite and curtious on dates. I was never given any message that my account would be deleted, or why. I'm pretty sure they don't do any review process before deleting accounts. This whole ordeal has been very upsetting to me. I know this has happened to others for no reason, and I am wondering if there is a way we can get a group of people who have had the same thing happen, and take some sort of action. I know that this may seem like a trivial issue, but like I said, it's very disturbing, and I believe they are treating me /us with unfair discriminatory practices.

Thank you,

A contract is a contract, whether written or verbal

I followed their rules that they set up to a tee. Their contract does NOT say "We reserve the right to refuse service because we want to" or even "to anyone". They set up this agreement to "sign" when setting up the account. I held up my side of the agreement. They didn't. I don't feel any more entitled than anyone else. I want nothing more than to be treated fairly. Take a look at the other reviews of POF If you think I'm Whining. (real mature of you, BTW). Do NOT comment on things you know nothing about. Do your research, then maybe you can say something!

Whine a little harder...

Whine a little harder why don't you. Just because YOU are a self entitled dipwad, doesn't change REALITY!!! REALITY is that it is THEIR website and if THEY don't want YOU using THEIR website they have EVERY RIGHT to cancel YOUR access. It always amazes me at the sheer stupidity and lack of common sense that the average American Consumer displays. In THIS instance THEY are 100% within THEIR god given constitutional rights. To say or do ANYTHING that infringes on those rights is to discount ALL OF OUR RIGHTS!!! So what YOU are telling the entire world is YOUR RIGHTS are far more important then THEIR rights. BOTH are equally important.
