Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
What can I say, these guys know nothing about running a business. Their customer service is horrible and quite possible the worst ever. They should get an award for "Not giving A $#$* About Their Customers" paying $300+ PER MONTH!
It's not like we're pay a $19 a month it's in the hundreds and sometimes thousands of dollars.
Whatever you do DO NOT BUY from Plexum.

You are quite right about them having the worse customer service. They are the worse of the worse and do not care about their customers, only scamming them out of their money.
I have been waiting since 2006 to get my software that I paid for upfront and never got from them. They LIE LIE LIE about everything and then try to come on to this site and claim if you just call them they will help you out, MORE LIES. They seldom answer their phones and when they do, they just blow you off and avoid taking any responsibility for their lack of getting back to you or handling issues you have brought to their attention.
Take Mike J's advice AND DO NOT BUY FROM PLEXUM, avoid them at all cost! They have a slick looking site and make great claims about what their software can do, but it is all BS! They will not deliver on any of their promises and will only leave you without your money and nothing to show for it.
Plexum, Nicplex and OxMx are all SCAMS to be avoided.
