This is a futher update on this fraudulent MLM affiliate software company. Two months ago I reported they scammed me out of over $1,100.00 for their fraudulent software that they claimed would run a complete multi level business and offer web site replication features.

I paid them in full and have now been without software or an operational site for just over two months. I have emailed them 15 times and have called them on 12 occassions only getting voice mail each time. I have asked them repeatly to call or email me back and they have not.

The software they have supplied me for $1100.00 was in a trial mode which after 30 days stopped working. I paid for the full version and have repeatly told them they need to supply me a full version license # and they refused to respond.

The software says that the fraudulent company named Plexum Nicplex has to turn the software on to the full version from trial version on their end and will not function correctly until they do so. This fraudulent SCAM of a company refuses to do this and refuses to even return my calls as to why they are not doing so even after receiving payment of over $1,100.00 for this.

I have emailed them, faxed them and hard copy mailed them copies of this website and my complaint filed against them and they just do not care, they do not respond nor do they come on to this site and offer an explaination or a rebuttal to my complaint. This would certainly seem to prove beyond any doubt that they are a complete SCAM and are 100% fraudulent.

Anyone even considering doing business with this company, beware, they will rip you off and not deliver that they promise nor will they even respond to you when you ask them why. A legit company would at least come on to this site and try to offer an explaination as to why they took my $1,100.00+ dollars and refuse to give me anything for it, this fraudulent company does not even do that, they just took my money and ran and do not even try to offer an explaination or reason why.

SCAM all the way, avoid Plexum Nicplex at all cost and their fraululent programmer / salesman Moses Fagbemi

James... I personally have not heard from you. It's very disappointing and fustrusting for me to hear a you still having challenges in this forum which we don't monitor.

Still no response, no resolution and no help

Here it is Sept 4, 2006 and these people still have my money and still refuse to return my phone calls, answer my emails or offer any service what so ever for my $1,100+ I have spent with them.

They have a lot of nerve even trying to say they pride themselves on customer service, it has been months and as everyone can see here they do not even come on this board any longer to try and defend their SCAM.

Lesson learned, Don't trust Plexum NICPLEX or Anthony Johnson, they are both liars and rip off artists who will steal your money like they did mine and give you nothing in return.

Plexum NICPLEX has done nothing to correct this issue

As I stated in my earlier rebuttal, this company is a complete rip off!

It has now been several months and I have made over 30 attempts to contact them and correct this. Their one rebuttal to this posting saying they would like to take care of this matter is a JOKE! I did exactly as they asked me to in the rebuttal and have made many attempts to contact them via phone and email and supplied them both my company name and URL right in my last rebuttal, but they have DONE NOTHING!

I have not recieved a response and have still not recieved anything from this company for my $1,100+ investment in their so called affiliate software package.

They have had months now to correct this situation and have proven what I have said right along, they are completely fraudulent and a scam rip off company.

DON'T FALL VICTIM TO THIS SCAM, AVOID NICPLEX PLEXUM AT ALL COST! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND DO NOT KNOW THE MEANING OF CUSTOMER SERVICE OR SUPPORT.

So after all these months someone from your fraudulent company comes forth and claims you pride yourself on customer service! BS!!!

I have called your company and left so many messages on your the voice mail system, I have sent email after email and never got so much as a response and now you are going to come on to this public forum and say you pride yourself on customer service AND if this is a legitmate complaint you will do something? ARE YOU KIDDING ME!

Check your records, I have paid you in full for both OxMx and Plex Cart 3 neither of which are working and I have emailed my information, reciept and domain name to your fraudulent company and have gotten no where.

My domain name is nwcpartner.com and the company name is NWC, Inc If you want to truly resolve this matter then contact me at the email address you have on file and fix the software so that it operates according to your claims!

I will report back to this forum in 5 to 7 days to let everyone know if you have done anything to correct this or even bothered to follow up with me. We shall see if you really care about customer service or not.

This report was recently brought to my attention. First, I would like to formally apologize for your experience with our company.

We pride ourselves with providing a very flexible and robust internet / network marketing solution and excellent customer experience.

There are a number of reasons why the software could remain in an unlicensed state. Installing software on multiple servers, changing the location where the software is installed without notifying us, or the hosting account software is installed on was terminated.

In order to resolve your issue please contact us immediately with your full name and domain name where software was installed. Also, provide the purchase order number and date to ensure your identity. If you have a legitimate claim we will be more then happy to resolve your issue immediately.
