PlumStruck Hayneedle False Advertizing (wrong description) Omaha Nebraska

I purchased a Rock tumbler from Walmart (item stated it was from a 3rd party company - PLUMSTRUCK) It said it included the tumbler, the abrasive tumbling media, and a professional guide booklet.

When I received it, it only had the tumbler and the booklet, no media.

I called them and was told to use the email form, so I did, explaining what happened, they replied "we will check into it.

After a while they responded " it looks like the product description is wrong. how about a 10% refund? the item cost me $148 plus shipping. the rock tumbling media kits for this size unit cost $47, so a $14 adjustment would not cover it, I countered with a 20% refund settlement ($30) and they stopped all corospondence.

I called them twice and when they found out who I was they put me on hold permanently, they never came back after 70 minutes I hung up, called back and the same thing happened.

These people are all F'ed up, Crappy customer service, they keep you spinning hoping you get mad and just give up.

NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM PLUMSTRUCK OR HAYNEEDLE...
