purchased an outdoor glider 6 months ago. First the glider was received damaged, with one of the seat straps broken. Now, only 6 months later, the glider is unusable. The gliding mechanisms are falling apart, and all the little ball bearings falling out. I am 5' 2" and 120 lbs. It's not like it's ever had an ounce of stress on it. In addition, when I went to look up my order on Hayneedle it said that the glider was returned. Well it should have been but it sitting right outside on my deck!!! I just wasted $157.00 that I don't have to waste. They don't even have this inferior item for sale on the site any longer. 

I Wrote customer service to express my dissatisfaction and the reply was total bulls***. Not even coherent sentences.  What is request to describe ???  What is Plumstruck, when I ordered from Hayneedle  so pissed  do NOT buy from this company!!!
