Hayneedle disgusted with quality Ohmaha, Nebraska

I ordered a small school-style desk and chair last week for a toddler.  While the delivery time and packaging exceeded my expectations, the quality of this item is far below standards and what they "should have" charged for this product.  It states it was made in Taiwan. Figures.

The finish is uneven (light in some spots, dark in others) and has a very large scrape mark (about 5 inches long by 1/2 inch wide), where it was obvious they attempted to cover up with some kind of wood stain - which didn't match, and only made it more obvious that it was defective. The scrape mark is right on the frony of the desk so it's difficult to miss.

All-in-all, it looks like mismatched pieces from different batches of stain. Awful!

This item is a gift to my 3-yr old grandson and it's too close to Christmas to complain to the company, as I'm certain it would not be rectified in time.

I'm so disappointed, that I won't be ordering from HAYNEEDLE.COM ever again.
