PNC Bank car financing / insurance fraud Nationwide

PNC continues to add a charge to my daughters fixed car payment accusing her of not having car insurance.. My husband (an insurance agent) has sent proof of insurance multiple times to this company with no resolution to the additional fee tacked on to her payment.  As I research this I am finding more and more people who are experiencing the same fraudulent practices.  A class action must be filed against this company as they are collecting a huge chunk of change by ripping off a multitude of customers
