PNC MERCHANT SERVICES, FIRST DATA CORPORATION Ripoff, Liars, Scammers, CC Servives Denver Colorado

I had a Merchant Service account with PNC Merchant Services.  I only had a two year contract to open the business that I had.  I ran this business for three years then closed it.  I contacted PNC Merchant Services.  I was told to write a letter stating I closed and the reasons, bla, bla,bla.  I did the same for First Data with I was renting a CC Machine.  Low and Behold, this is the same company.  After paying extreme fees to cancel my services because the contract was NON-CANCELLABLE, I finally got a letter from First Data saying that my CC Contract was cancelled.  Me being so dumb and stupid, thought that they cancelled my Merchant Service account too and requested in two letters, one to PNC and one to First Data.  So they continued to try and take out the monthly fees from a bank account that is now closed.  So a 12.25 service charge get an added 100.00 processing fee to it.  After four months of fighting and endless research by PNC and First Data, I finally received a letter stating that the account is closed.  NOW after six weeks, I get another letter fron PNC Merchant Services posing as First Data stating that I still owe the $112.25 for the accpunt that has been cancelled.  I cannot get these people to go away... Paying them will not solve the problem.  Tey are Scammers in the worst way.  DO NOT do business with PNC Merchant Services or First Dadt.  Your life will become a living hell......
