I had my property in storage at the PODS facility. I called to get a pick up date and close my account. I was cleaning out the POD when the door fell on my sons face and I took him to the hospital. In the mean time my helper cleared the rest out and put it behind the dumpster and to the side of it. We called the manager and left him a message that we would be back in about 10:30 a.m. to pick it up. Well the manager called my helper at 5:45 a.m. And left a message that he was going to put the stuff back in the POD and charge me till it was picked up, but when he left a message on my phone at 8:50 a.m. He said that we left a horrific mess and to call him asap. So my helper called him back at 9:36 a.m. and the man said he threw it away. And then charged $150.00 cleanup fee. Do you believe he has the gall
