I bought a downloadable game called "Word Riot" on pogo.com game site on 7-25-2012. I was able to play it one time and now it won't let me on it. Pogo offers a "help" site but whenever I've gone to it, all the applicable information is 'grayed out'. They give no help, as evidenced by most everyone on the Pogo Forums with excessive complaining about customer service and unavailable help.
