Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I was given a 5day trial membership to Club Pogo, from my wife. 2 days before it ended i was prompted by pogo to renew my membership an i would recieve 50%off. I went through the registrtion process and everyting. When i recieved my charge it was for the full membership amount. I contacted EA about this and they said "WE ARE NOT RUNNING ANY DISCOUNTS RIGHT NOW"
That was their only response. I tried to call them and all i got was the run around.

As a member of club pogo and faithful game player, I can say that I have NEVER been treated rudely, or been any kind of victim of your so called bait and switch. The charge for monthly membership is so minimal, that a 50% discount would make no sense. It sounds like you were wanting something for nothing.
