Polaroid the FXM 3211c unit broke after 7 months and they can not fix, replace or refund. Waltham Massachusetts

I bought the 32" HD-LCD POLAROID TV in March 07. 7 months later, the TV stopped working. I called the company they said they will send a part to get it fixed and that the part will be in my home in 2 working days. After 4 days passed by, I called again, they said they were SORRY and that the part will be shipped and I will get it within 6 weeks.

Well 6 weeks rolled by and I gave them another call. Apparanly the part was not in stock so they will just give me a new TV. Which will be shipped to my home in 2 weeks. But then 3 weeks have passed by and I havent still recieved the replacement TV.

When I called again, they say the TV will be shipped in 10-15 days. I asked for a refund because I am getting tired of having to call them every so often, beside if I get another one of their products, I might have to deal with them again. I cant do that anymore. It's not like their customer service people are friendly either. There is always something they can not do and everything has to be approved by cooporate and they offer no contact information.

I spent over $800 on this TV and it's frustrating that they just ripping people off. I'm sure I am not the first person to deal with this and not the last. I surfed and checked other peoples complaints and there is plenty. Whats more pathetic is I know they are a big company and I stand no chance to win if I fight. But it feels better to let other people know h*e I feel.
