 This is a big scammer and soi is Charlie Goss. Thank you, I know one day what comes around will go around for Charlie and his company. It will not last another 5 years, he is a scammer and is going to get caught and put behind bars where he belongs.

I order a pool liner after hours -8 pm central time (9 pm eastern time) and it was wrong. I called promptly the next morning(8:32 am central time - I have my phone records) -9:32 eastern time (they open at 9 am eastern time) and cancelled my order. My order status was in Q which meant it had not shipped. Of course it had not. It was early morning and they were just getting in.  I was told she would send back to warehouse for cancelation and if it had not shipped she could cancel it. SHE DID NOTHING THAT DAY> I did this on line as well. Then I called at 2:15 pm central time and was told it had already shipped and there was nothing they could do. LIE, my shipping label was not made or scanned by shipper (picked up) order scanned until 3:01 pm.. You Can check this on line once you have a tracking number.

I will be contacting every agency I can to direct them to this company in hopes that someone will help all these consumers with this scammer.
