I ordered coving and pool pad from pooldeals.com at the end of august. Received both but the coving wasn't going to work as there were only 11 pieces and we needed 19. My pool guy installed the liner so I wanted to return the coving. I was disappointed to see that I wouldn't get a credit on my visa, however I could get pooldeal credit. I thought I would find something else to order on their site so I adjusted to that idea. The 25% reduction in credit for "processing" the return was a little ridiculous but my hands are tied. I don't need $70 of coving. Pool Deals policy for returns requires you to request and "RMA" number online. There are no available phone numbers on their site so I filled out the online request.....to no avail.
No one responded to me and I have filled out 3 forms online over the last couple of weeks. From reading other ripoff reports on this company, I can see I probably won't get any pool deal "credit". I will make sure everyone I work with know about this company (over 100k employees see the company bulletin board). I guess I should have did ripoff research before ordering from this company.

First off I am sorry that you, not us ordered the incorrect amount of Pool Cove for your pool. We have a very large diagram / chart that outlines your pool requires 19 pieces of pool cove, you ordered 19, we sent the items exactly as ordered and made no mistake whatsoever in filling the order, exactly as your ordered the items from our website.
We have emailed you several times without response, perhaps an email issue on your end. In any event, we have a 30 day return policy, which you did exceed preventing you from eligibility in receiving a refund back to your credit card, which we will always offer for returned items within 30 days from receipt.
We make every effort to fill orders accurately, which in your case we obviously did so. The ordering mistake was on your end. I am sorry you waited beyond the 30 days in which we allow for returns to ask for a refund, but we have to draw the line somewhere.
Sorry you feel you were scammed or mistreated in any way, however we did not cause the issue. We are very easy to deal with and offer great prices on products for your pool or spa.
