Charles Vidaurrazaga is a liar, a crook, and abusive. I needed an intake hose for a discontinued engine and sent out a request through a parts search engine. Charles called me and assured me that he found the part. He told me that I would have to pay for an entire Air Intake assembly because the person wouldn't sell just the hose, but as money wasn't really an issue, I said sure and had the part ordered. 

A few days later I received the part. I didn't receive the entire assembly as ordered, but just a hose for an incorrect engine. I sent an email with pictures and a copy of Charles' sales receipt specifying the problem as asked how he would like to resolve the issue. Again, money wasn't an issue, I just needed the right part. Charles didn't respond to 4 emails and several phone calls. After several days of trying to get in touch with him, I sent an email saying that I would ship the part back to him and just get a refund through my bank and find someone else who could find the part. Charles finally emailed me back saying that it was my fault and that I lied about my car. I re-sent the Sales receipt showing which part I was to receive and the VIN number for my vehicle showing that it matched the sales receipt. I received no response to this email again, so I shipped the part back and filed the charge dispute with my bank.

A few days later I received a phone call from Charles in which he cursed at me, told me that I perform ******** on men for a living, and that I was a drunk piece of **** who was hopped up on speed, dope, and alcohol. He went on to talk about how great of a salesman he is and how he's sold 3000 cars in 20 years. I'm not sure if he was working out some demons on a customer or what his issue was. He screamed and cursed at me for about 30 minutes before I got sick of his abuse and told him to just take me to court and leave me alone. 

Treating customers the way that Charles does is simply unacceptable for a business owner. If he gets your part correct, he may be the best guy in the world. But do not trust this man. He is a crook and extremely abusive. He belongs in jail.
