I placed an order for a transmission for $550. he said it wouldn't go out untill the next day. Then I found one close to home for alot less so I wanted to cancel this order about an hour later after I made this order. He didn't want to cancel and we argued over the phone. This is not good bussiness for you! He finialy agreed to cancel for me, But then he said there was a restocking fee for the transmissionof $50. I said how can there be a restocking fee for something that isn't going out untill the next day. I said this is bullshit cuz I just made the the order less then two hours ago. He said it didn;t matter.

I was never informed about this in the beginging. so he charge my card for $550 for the transmission and then another $50 for restocking fee but put my $550 back into my account untill called him back two weeks later  and told him that I will be calling the law. So we argued some more over the phone about the restocking fee. I told him I'm not paying for it,we want back and forth untill I said that he could pay back $575. A couple days later there was only $550 on my card so he keep $50  anyway This Guy will thake your money and doesn't care about his customers. So Beware!!! I'm out $50 bucks for less then two hours from an order that I wanted to cancel

How this coul d have been solved, I have also been contacted By Charlie at Poorme Auto Parts

AUTHOR: Never Again - (United States of America)

POSTED: Sunday, August 23, 2015

Hello, I just read this whole report becuase I was contacted by Charlie at Poorme auto about an inqirey for autoparts.  I looked teh name up and found they have an F rating with teh better business Bureau with three unresponded to complaints. At least one of which seems to be your complaint. All three were unresolved so you are not alone.

what I am writing to tell you is that you could have and still may be able to call your card company and tell them you did not authorize this 50.00 charge and that you recieved nothing for it, that it was not authorized.  It will be recorded for investigation and returned to you. The important thing you should be sure to mention this is an Unauthorized charge, no order was made for the 50.00 charge and no service was preformed.
