I
locked my keys in my car, and called Pop a lock to come out so I could make it
to work on time. They came to my house and on the first attempt the technician
could not open my door. He said he had to use another tool (I believe he said
some kind of tape) I went inside to pay for the service which he completed
within 5 minutes. I then left for work, working a graveyard shift, and rolled
my driver's side window down where he had opened my lock. I heard a strange
cracking noise when I went to roll the widow up. The window was now stuck down,
and wouldn't roll up. I had to leave my window down on a graveyard shift hoping
nothing would happen to my car. I called Pop a lock immediately letting them
know my situation. She said someone would contact the next day. Next day comes
still no call back I call again and they said because of the weekend I wouldn't
be reached till Monday. Now it's Monday and I still haven't received a call
back so I called again. They had put the wrong phone number on file for me. I
finally received a call back and he didn't care at all about my problem. He
told me it can happen but it wasn't caused by them. How can he be 100 percent
sure that they were not at fault. My window worked perfectly fine and right
after they opened my door using the window is now is off the track!! I asked to
speak with another manager and he said there was no one else I could speak with
and they were not at fault. This is completely unsatisfactory customer service
coming from which I thought was a repeatable company. My window is still stuck
down and I know they are completely at fault.

I found this review on the Ripoff Report by googling for it from a comment left on a friend's (a locksmith) Google+ page, he is NOT a Pop-A-Lock franchise but the review left for him is word-for-word the exact same left here and I also found it on even another Google+ page. So this word-for-word is going around, so I have to believe it's false, also Pop-A-Lock is a 24/7 company and would have been available on the weekend.
