On 12 April 2009, I placed an online order. This order was subsequently charged $410.79 on my credit card, sent out by UPS to the wrong address, and after months and many emails from my side, returned to the sales company, with the promise that the seller would send it to the correct address in Mozambique. Subsequently, the sales office told me that they could not send the order with credit card payment and that I needed to do a wire transfer to cover the order, after which my credit card would be refunded. In early October 2009, I made a wire transfer of $640.78 to your company.
The wire transfer has been received by the sales company, and since then I have not received any communication from their side, despite numerous email reminders. In short, I spent some $1,050 without having received any goods from them.

Why would you buy anything like this off the internet? There is a reason that Empire Vision/Pearl vision and whatnot sell glasses...
