I paid $138.00 for Ugg boots + $24.99 for shipping on July 28th 2008. I recieved confirmation stating Your order has been successfully processed and will be shipped out shortly. Your order is being prepared for shipping and your credit card will ONLY be charged once the item has been shipped. A shipping confirmation will be emailed to you very shortly.

I am still awaiting shipping confirmation and my credit card was charged immediately.This item was a Birthday Gift.

How can I get my money back. Stop these Theives.
