I purchased a Marc Jacobs handbag from this company in June 2008. It advertised authentic deisgner goods and the picture displayed was, indeed, a real Marc Jacobs. I received my item in July 2008, which i discovered the item was not only fake, but in faulty condition/poor condition.
After much contact with the company and numerous emails distributed, they stated they would submit relevant packaging for my item and on receipt of the goods, they will issue me a full refund. It is now November, the company is now refusing to comply to my emails and the contact number provided no longer works.
I have since contacted my credit Card company, who informed me unless the company provides confirmation of a refund, they cannot help me. Please, please, please can you help me with this matter and hopefully get my money back as this item was nearly 300.00.

Report this RIP-OFF to the Designer!

Go to the designer's web site and tell them that you want to see if a bag that you bought is really their's or not.
And ask them how you can prove it is not a counterfeit and if it is, you WILL tell them Where you brought it.
AND DO IT!
There are laws against selling counterfeit law --FEDERAL ones with HEAVY PENALTIES.
You aren't in any trouble---- THEY ARE for selling you fake goods that they represented as the real deal!
Good luck
