RIPPED OFF FROM POTTERY BARN. I ordered over $1200 in items three weeks ago and just received a sales magazine in the mail and many of the items are on sale. I called as I am within 30 days of ordering to have the receipt adjusted and they refused to do so. They said policy changed a few weeks ago... This in a very clear disrespect for a loyal customer who has spent over $10,000 with pottery barn over the last 18 months. Never Again, you have lost me... Shame on your for your greed and showing your customers this lack of respect.
