Pottery Barn The company does not fulfill the promise of promotion - 15% Off for the email subscription Internet

The potterybarn.com runs a promotion "Sign Up, then save 15% off your next order." I signed up with e-mail gkirovskiy@gmail.com on February 22, 2016. I still have not received a coupon with a code to use 15% off discount. I emailed customer service. The replied to me on February 24:

We regret to hear your have not received our email promotions. We have reviewed the account for our internal records and show it is active. Please check your spam or junk folder as the emails may have been directed to those folders by mistake. We have also resubmitted your email address via our website to receive our promotions. Please allow 24 hours to receive your Thank You email.


If we may be of any further assistance, please contact us via email. Alternatively, you may contact our Customer Service Department directly at 1-800-922-9934 from 5:00am to 9:00pm (PST) Monday-Friday or 6:00am to 6:00pm (PST) Saturday-Sunday.

Today is February 25th - still no coupon. This makes me believe that their promotion is a scam to collect e-mail addresses.
