Purchased Power-Washer from Theisens 5-30-10.  Used once and OK. Second time

did not operate.  Warranty one yr.  Called Customer service.  Waited a long time.

Chat person tried to diagnose over internet.  Thought it might be switch.  Would

send one. Ask if it was usual for customer to repair product under warranty.  No

answer.  Ask if instructions came re: installation.  Indicated they would be sent.

Instructions never sent.  Tried again and service stated no wiring diagram for

their models.  I indicated, I had such in front of me but not for the model 1500.

Tried calling again. This time promised to send me wiring instructions.  Customer

service stinks.  Warranty means you fix it.  Customer representatives don't

know product or information to resolve problem
