Powerhouse Supplements, Stacker2, isupplements, grossly overcharged, product missing

Below is a copy of a complaint letter sent to Powerhouse Supplements and Yahoo isupplements web merchants. If this incident is rectified, I will happily retract my post.

"I have already sent one vote, however I have just received my package from Powerhouse Supplements and am VERY displeased.

I had sent 2 inquiries by email to their website with NO reply.

I never received any tracking numbers for UPS, nor did I receive notification of the shipping cost, which seems to have been a total of 70 DOLLARS!?!?!!

I understand that shipping to the UK can be expensive, but I ship frequently to and from the US/UK and for an order of this weight, I should have paid NO MORE than $15, even using UPS services.

Also, in my notes I have that I ordered 1 Stacker2 ($24.95), 1 Ultimate Burn($15.95), and 1 Stacker pure Ephedra ($7.95) with the total being some $48 and change (shipping extra).

I DID NOT receive the Stacker Pure Ephedra with this order. In the box are the two other bottles, along with two credit slips for separate amounts. The first, (dated 6-4-01) for $53.80 and the second, (dated 6-12-01) is for $33.74. Also included in the package was an invoice (from powerhouse.. with 'EARL' as the contact) for $32.95 for a 1lb package of "1EA Supplements".

In addition to this confusion, I was made to pay a C.O.D. from UPS for 21.26 (GBP). !!!

What is going on? I have been grossly overcharged for shipping, on top of being given an incomplete order! All WITHOUT email notification, that according to POWERHOUSE SUPPLEMENTS website, I should have received when the order was ready to ship.

I will be sending a copy of this statement directly to Powerhouse Supplements as well as spending more money to call them to get this matter sorted out.

If the Yahoo Isupplements staff could also help me to get to the bottom of this problem I will greatly appreciate it. If not, I will NO LONGER be a customer of Yahoo merchants, as I will know that online shopping is most certainly NOT a safe way of doing business. I will also notify internet consumer groups (which deal with yahoo, aol, and other online shopping services), and I will be posting complaints with and notifying their members of this incident.

I would also like to make further note that I have paid a total of $117.20 for receiving 2 bottles at a base price of $45.90 !!!

I want this rectified immediately, and money returned to my credit card. I will not send back these bottles, as that will impose even further cost to myself, which I have certainly paid more than enough already.
