Powersell they sell a cd called 'How to be a powerseller on Ebay for $2,95. I di not even receive a cd and they charged me $59.95. The worst part? They charge your card again every month for $59.95 unauthorized Nationwide. My credit card company had heard of this before and will not charge me. But, beware and don't get scammed in the first place.
