Precise Auto Protection Precise Auto Protection fraud Azusa California

I signed up for Precise Auto Protections service back in January of 2014 with the understanding that their is a 30 days "no questions asked" cancellation for a full refund policy. With the initial phone call, in order to be approved for the insurance you have to put $1000 down. I did this and was sent the information for the policy about a week later. After reading through the policy and doing some research after the fact, I did not feel comfortable with this company or its policy so i called the number provided and asked for a cancellation. They informed me i had to send them a letter requesting cancellation. I did this, and they received the official signed letter on Feb 18 2014. Since that time, I have not received the refund of $1000. I have called about every other week and have kept record of these phone calls and who i spoke too. Every single time I am given the run around and told that my refund is being "processed" and that they will call me back in a few days. For 4 months I have gone through over and over again. I have even spoken with the "managers" on call requesting an immediate refund to the credit card they have on file, and each time they give me the same practiced answer "we dont have the ability to do this, it will take a few days". Today I called my credit card company (Mastercard) and filed a dispute through them. A Mastercard representative called Precise Auto Protection with me on the line as well asking why i had not been given the refund yet. Precise Auto Protection repeated the same response they have given for 3+ months "his request is being processed", but followed up with, "have you filed a disupte yet?". This company is absolutely ridiculous and i want to do everything i can to discredit them make other people aware of the kind of scam they are running
