Garage door was supposedly repaired but because it opened and closed properly twice the tech said it was a new problem. The door continued to do the same that caused me to initially contact the company. Same problem but 2 different explanations? It was a misdiagnosis. After $174 to replace rollers they now want another $295 to fix the motor. Total ripoff.
