Precision Pools ruined my back yard with ripoff deception Pinellas ParkPinellas Park Florida

I would tell everyone out there to stay away from Precion Pools.

I have a slope to my back yard which was one of my concerns when I started my proccess of getting pool companies out to look at the situation and give me a price.

The company I had picked was Precion Pools. Their saleman had gave me a whole sales pitch on how they would precut the yard and build the pool up high enough so we would have no problem with the slope of the yard.

Tehy had also said it was a six to eight week project that is now going on 18 weeks.I told them it was imparitive to get it done within 12 weeks because of refinacing my loan which I would have a $1200 penalty if I didnt do it in that time frame. They swore up and down it would be done.

2nd I paid them for things such as to remove a grapefruit tree remove some roots in the ground, and precut the exterior yard. They never did any of it and those things ended up costing me an addional $700.

When hey wanted their last check and the supervisor called to say they were complete their was about 4 feet of dirt that overlapped the deck AND THAT WAS HOW THEY WERE GONNA LEAVE THE JOB.

The supervisor then came out admitted they made a mistake on how the deck was done said they would build me a retaining wall or build the deck up(which I have a voicemail confirming they would do this). For the next 6 weeks they would try and retract that and say Were done give us a check...

Their is numerous other mistakes with my pool including horribly wavey steps that (they admitted to in writing), the diamonds put on the steps are full of with goop and not centered, their is a big water spot on the big step in the pool because it rainded the day they poored the cool deck, and many other things.

I have hired an attroney and I will pursue this legally but I would stay away from this company. They have cost me thousands in wasted costs and thousands more to find a good pool company to fix what they screwed up!!!
