Precision Rx - Specialty Solutions Pharmacy of scam artists,horrible customer service/communication/BEWARE!! Stay away from them... Indianapolis, Indiana

Precision RX Specialty Solutions is a mail order pharmacy that you should definitely stay away from.  You don't want the headache of dealing with them.

I am currently fighting with them over misinformation given to me by them....and Anthem BCBS.  I was told my Thyrogen would be paid for in the amount of 80% of the cost by BCBS and I would pay the remaining 20%, which would amount to approximately $400.  The clerk I dealt with, definitely assured me, they had done the research.  I didn't believe her, so I called Anthem BCBS and they also told me they would be paying 80%.  What they failed to tell me was.....the deductible wasn't met, so that comes first.  I was mislead by the way they filed the claim to Anthem BCBS, assuring me they would be paying 80% of the bill.

This outfit is of full of scam artists.  They rush you into something you are not familiar with. 

The Thyrogen they sent has been kept at the hospital under strict guidelines.  (It wasn't sent to me.)  The bottle has not been used and the seal has not been broken.  The hospital is returning the Thyrogen untouched, and Precision RX Solutions is telling all of us who call them, they will not accept returns.  

I am attempting to have the Thyrogen returned anyway, so I can show we made an honest attempt at dealing with them.  I intend to pursue this all the way. 

These people have had several negative reports filed on them and should not be allowed to get away with their practices.  I am sure they are too big, but I would love to see customers put this company out of business.  They deserve it.  (read other complaints...you'll see why....)
