 Contracted this company in Feburary 2013 to get a loan modification because i lost my job.  From Feburary till today they have:

 

  • Stated they have not recieved all of my documents
  • have not submitted a claim
  • I called the bank and i do not have a case worker working on my file
  • Never talked to an attorney!
  • Never got any communication from an attorney!
  • requested a refund from them collecting money for 6 months and they sent me an audit request form!
  • They are running a scam/sham, they collect money, make excuses like losing your paperwork, stringing you along to get more money.  I am out of 47-- dollars with this scam.
  • They try to argue with you on the phone, watch out for Candence,Melissa which says stop paying.

Preferred law, PLLC They said they were help my father and I a home modification with the mortgage lenders. They made us pay $557.0 for 6 months total of $3,9000. After we finished those payments were finished they started charging $298.00-$398.00 when I was late. They automatic withdraw out of me and my father's account for 2 years and 4 months. Nothing was done I fax everything they say they needed and responded back say everything is going good and they are in contact with our lender. It goes on like this For over two year's Salt lake city South Carolina

Preferred Law took 4 payments in the amount of $974.00 (Oct 9, Nov 9, Dec 9,2014 and Jan 9, 2015. Feb. 6th received a letter telling me to continue on my file they needed addtional payments in the amount of $274.00 for the next 6 months. They should be STOPPED and COMPLAINTS WITH THE GOV. AND THE BAR ASSOCIATION and CONSUMER PROTECTION should be filed IMMEDIATELY FROM EVERYONE WHO WAS A VICTIM OF 'PREFERRED LAW Sandy Utah
