Preferred Property Management Inproper business conduct. Using clients money and not providing receipts. Difficult to communicate with. Murfreesboro Tennessee

Company is very difficult to communitcate with in all manners of speaking. None of the employees are decision makers and the owner is hardly ever available. When she does return calls or email she has not listned or read the information correctly and is very late in returning said calls or emails.

Preferred Property Management has not once provided me with a monthly statement and every month my rent checks have been different each month with no explanation what so ever-not to mention that my rent mony was never on time.

They moved from their location, never posted anything on the door about their new address and their outgoing voicemail never indicated that they were in a transition face. Very unprofessional.

Preferred property Management did not attend to my renters requests or from my vendors.

Their new location is not out in the open and they are hiding under the guise of T.Wright Properties on 105 N. Spring st.

The word on the street is that they are financially insolvent.
