Preffered Credit this company finances an unauthorzed kirby rep whos carload of reps got arrested outside my home for having no permit and cocaine in the car, found out the buisiness cards were a fake business with their home address where the rep was listed as felony sex offender.  i had a group of young adults knock on my door and wanted to do a Kirby demonstration, i was not interested in buying but ended up being impressed with the Kirby cleaning system.  I entered into a contract to purchase one and completed the phone call with Preferred Credit and set up my payment agreement.  Right after that, this young man got a cell phone call, asked to use my bathroom, and then i noticed the police were outside my home.  They had no permit, cocaine and marijuana, criminal backgrounds, and there was an arrest.  The officer instructed him to give me back my deposit check and take the box, which he did.  I called Preferred Credit the next morning to explain what happened and they pulled my application and stopped the process to investigate my claim.  I have informed the finance company that due to my short and easy investigation, that these people were not authorized by Kirby to be distributors, that they were illegally selling the systems, and the guy that was in my home is a convicted felony sex offender!!

My complaint is that this company should not charge me for a service that i do not want or have, and that they should be held responsible for backing individuals illegally selling products with serious criminal backgrounds.....and they should not continue to back this fake company and these individuals.  The fake company is called Superior Innovations at 10533 W. 106th Ct, Westminser, Co 80021 and the guy/girl team live there and their names on the business card are Katrina Zuniga and Kristopher Mykel....but he is really Christopher Michael Acosta registered at the same home address as the 'business' card as a sexual offender.
