I brought my truck ino the dealership for repairs that have in the past been covered under this warranty. My truck has just over 50,000 miles on it. The dealer says I need new front ball joints, the manifold is cracked and is leaking. The right front hub is frozen and the vaccum for the 4 wheel drive isn't working. This is what the dealer says. The manifold is warped which is causing pressure on the bolts to break, which is why it needs to be replaced. Premier Dealer serices says it's from the corrosion of the bolts yet the bolts in question are where the manifold is warped. The right front hub is frozen. Premier says it's not covered. The hub is covered but the lock on the hub isn't. Go figure. Problem with that statement is that I have had two hubs replaced under this warranty from Premier. Now they say it's not covered and they have no other previous claims for it. Then they are saying that the vaccum for the 4 wheel drive isn't covered because of the ball joints. When the ball joints are replaced that have to replace the seals on the vaccum, which in turn aren't covered.
After Premier sent an adjuster to the dealership, they denied the claim and refused to give an explanation to the dealer. My assumtion on that is that the dealer would have laughed in there face. I also talked with an outside mechanic about these problems and why they weren't covered, he also said one shouldn't have anything to do with the other meaning the ball joints and the vaccum. I asked Premier to resend the adjuster to the dealer so i can hear their explanation along with the dealers counter argument. They refused. Someone is lying to avoid paying this claim and it's not my dealer. They are outstanding with service and wouldn't go to anyone else.
This company are snakes and will find any reason whatsoever to avoid paying out. They are liars and scammers. AVOID AT ALL COSTS and get an extended warranty through your dealer. It might cost more but it's well worth it.

I'm curious about the warranty you are describing because Premier Dealer Services is just an administrator. Warranty companies hire Premier Dealer Services to adjudicate claims. They handle claims for many, many different warranty companies.
So, are you sure you have a warranty with them or did they just handle your claim?
Also, they do not send out adjusters. They do however, send inspectors. There third party inspection company that is used, usually one that is availble in that area. The inspector is not allowed to discuss their findings with the dealer. They only report and photograph the mechanical failure in question, and submit that to the claims department. The final determination is made by the adjusters in the claims department.
The extended warranty that you recommend people buy through their dealer, many are adjudicated by Premier Dealer Services. Primarily, that's who sells the extended warranties, dealerships.
It is the duty of the consumer to know what they are purchasing and signing. In my experience, the delaerships and companies who sell these warranties don't know what is actually covered. Then when it comes time to file a claim, it ends up being denied because they did not follow what was written in the warranty.
Most warranties require verifiable service history and are part specific. If a part is not listed for coverage it will not be covered. If you do not have verifiable service history, and your warranty requires it, your claim will be denied. Whatever you may have been told in a sales office at the time of purchase, will always be trumped by what is in writing on your warranty.
If you want to know specifically why your claim was denied, first read your warranty, if you are still not clear, speak to someone that can go over your claim with you.
