Premier Dealer Services Premier Dealer Services Clever scammers.Not honoring warranty claims,not refunding for the contract.Useless 2400$ spent. San Diego, California

As many of you know already,I am here to complain about a car warranty service company,named: National Dealers Warranty.This company runs under many names, such as Premier Dealer Services,and in California: The Choice.Particularly in California, they cannot sell you warranty,but they sell you some liquid to put in your vehicle coolant, named: The Choice, which comes with a vehicle warranty on all lubricated parts, and few other parts that can be affected by the breakage of a lubricated part inside the vehicle engine.Paid over 2400 $ , my engine broke down,they would not honor the claim,stating that it was caused by "external factors" and case closed.Never had accidents,and i provided the warranty company with all the vehicle maintenance records, as requested.They would not honor the claim which is over 3000$ that i have to pay.After many back and forth-s with them,and after long amounts of time on hold on the phone, was told that i do not "qualify for a refund for the policy because i have too many miles" and was told that if i don't like that,i can sue them. I already started a lawsuit,in San Diego CA against defender: National Dealers Warranty.Cannot let them get away scamming people on radio and TV on a daily basis.IF you read this then please consider before you put a deposit to get warranty with National Dealers Warranty or The Choice, or Premier Dealer Services ,and they use few other names too.
