I signed up with Premier Disability LLC while I was homeless. They told me that they would be the middleman and they would do everything for me that I didn't need to worry about anything that they had years and years of experience in the disability War. After many calls trying to get in touch with them they never return calls and I never spoke to the same person. They never called me or gave me an update on any information and in fact failed to tell me that my claim has been denied in that they did not fall a response their representation of me their customer service was so bad that I had to fire them they promised me the world and if they would take care of everything and they took care of nothing I just set on a shelf and collected dust in hopes that I would get money so they could get paid because of their negligence I didn't even find out that my claim had been denied 4 months don't trust these people all they want is your money they don't care anything about helping you.

I have been waiting two years and finally I have a hearing date but none of this is due to anything that Premier has done. If I had not contacted them again, they were doing nothing! I had to contact them and ask if they needed my medical records for the upcoming hearing, then they finally send a medical release. This is the 2nd time, the first time was in October of 2015 and nothing since that time. I did all of the SSA paperwork and made the phone calls to check on my case, etc... In fact when I spoke to SSA in late 2016, they had no idea I even had any representation. I was the reason they (SSA) realized that my case was stuck and needed to move forward. I cannot recommend them as they do not seem to have the bandwidth they claim to have as my case clearly fell though the cracks. Wish me luck in November of 2017!!!
