Premier Estate Liquidators ripoff has not sent overdue (120 days) refund. will have to sue them. Lake Buena Vista Florida

I have made several returns of poorly made jewelry to them, all refunds being overdue 120 days or more. I have called them, at least 100 times, emailed them, faxed them, and all I get is one excuse after the other. I have even had my Lawyer fax them. I will now have to proceed with a lawsuit against them. They have ignored demands from my Visa company also.
They obviously have no intention of sending me the over $4 thousand dollars they owe me. I will proceed with a lawsuit and charge them with damages as well. Thanks for any help you may give.

They owe me $2750.00. Impossible to make contact with them through their cs dept. I have filed a complaint with Federal Trade Commission.
