Premier Estate Liquidators ripoff Orlando Florida

On 10/18/03 I purchased an item from through the television auction (DTV 228). I was told I had 30 days before my credit card would be charged and that I had the same 30 days to return the merchandise. My invoice was HH62106.

Upon receipt of the item, I called to indicate I wanted to return it immediately. I received a return merchandise # of 845. I sent the item by insured registered mail. The item was signed for on 11.20.03 by a Leisesl(or some such can't read the hand-writing). I called on 12.15.03 to say I had not yet gotten my refund and to verify receipt. I was told by a gentleman (who would not give me his name) that the item was received and the refund would occur in 6-8 weeks.

I called two weeks later and was told the computers were down and nothing could be done. I asked for a supervisor and was hung up on. I have called daily since 1/4/04 at varying times during the day, midnight on etc. and have never gotten anyone to answer the phone. Once I even let it ring during their business hours for over 30 minutes to no avail.

I am frustrated. I have e-mailed as well and no response. I will call the direct TV number next. I would love other suggestions.
