Premier Fitness Signed up for 1 yr membership and not happy with servce. They keep telling me i owe them xtra money because of automatic renewal Saint Catharines Ontario

After posting BBB had no teeth, I just recieved a letter on jan 4 08 from the BBB of southern ontario canada stating Premier Fitness has closed my account and cleared it with no futher action being taken. It looks like these companies really do look at this website and decided to write me off because of the squawking and bad write ups I was giving them. The little guy can can justice if he pursues it although, I expected a bigger battle. Best of luck to anyone else who is going through the same thing. Hopefully I have given people a little hope on their battle for justice.

I just like to keep you all posted on my mission to stop premier fitness on unscrupulious billing practices as things happen. I"ve file a complaint with the BBB and they sent me a letter back that they have contacted Premier Fitness and have had no response and have just put it on file. Premier is a very slippery company and seems to know the loopholes.

So I recieved a letter from premier fitness on nov 21 stating that i must pay in full, the amount of 292 dollars by nov 23 or else they will send my file to a third party collection. They also stated that there will be a 26% surcharge and report me to the credit bureau if I do not pay by that date. What's hilarious is that the letter that they sent me was dated nov 13 so that makes 8 days that it took a letter to go within the same city. Stinky smell!!

I've been reading all the bad reports on this company and no one has stopped the unscrupulous business practices of this company yet!! We together can stop them. If this company has put you in the credit bureau, they have hurt your credit rating and slandered your name. They are responsible to pay restitution for their action. I am collecting names of victims who deserve money for damages, for a class action lawsuit.
