They use a hook to get you in with one free month.  Billed 79$ bucks a month and encourage you to use for 3 months.  When asked to produce actual data and search results they were never sent three times.

Never talked with the same representative over the course of 6 phone calls. Told they cannot transfer to other representatives or that a manager cannot call me directly.  

2 customer service reps talked over me and listening is not a known skill.  The cancelling process will take an hour! No reason to consider doing business with them!

Flat lied to on multiple occasions. No help to fix the problem nor to remedy the situation but they did offer half off for another additional month.  The first $300 didn't work and now they want more money to "help".  

Awful hold times! No customer service, collecting $, no results and the proverbial "run-around" are their specialties.
