Im another victim of this company. My story is the same as all the others. We went to a travel presentation with the promise of a free cruise if we sat through the entire presentation. At the conclusion of the presentation, we were presented with a certificate and told we only needed to pay taxes and port charges. We sent in all of the requested documentation along with our 19.95 registartion fee. We received correspondence a bit later asking us to choose travel dates and to send a $100 deposit. we did all of this. Approximately 45 days prior to our reqested travel dates, we still had not heard from Premium Incentives.

I initiated contact via email ( the only way to contact them) and was told that a letter had gone out to us 10 days earlier. We never received this letter and I suspect it was never sent. They apologized they had been unable to obtain a good discount on a cruise for us but had been able to get us a 25% discount. They requested additional funds in the amount of $425 per person in order to book our "free" cruise.

A quick check of the cruise lines website revealed that I could procure the same price by simply calling the cruise line. I told them this was unacceptable as my total price was supposed to be $159 per person for taxes and port charges. The representative responded that they never promised a free cruise and the $159 per person charge was only a portion of the fees involved. They did say they would refund my registration fee but no word on my deposit. I suspect I will never see that again.

I have filed complaints with the Atlanta BBB and my states Attorney General but I dont know if I will get anywhere. The thing that annoys me the most is that it appears that this company has been pulling this scam for a number of years and no one has made any effort to put a stop to it. I do not understand how they have an A+ rating through the Atlanta BBB but it appears they have had a number of complaints filed against them.
