Seems that Tom Normandin and the law firm of PRENOVOST, NORMANDIN, BERGH & DAWE are now working with the Terracotta Group and associated companies owned by Tingting Zhang.
Terracotta Group and its associated Companies, owned by Tingting Zhang - have been purchasing Notes on Commercial businesses. It then creates situations to get you into deliquency and applies higher rate interest to further force you into foreclosure.
It has a whole set of attourneys that are dedicated in using the law and the courts to manipulate Commercial business owners into surrendering their property to them. Reports on some of these attourneys have been published on the internet highlighting their dubious business practices and the way in which they attempt to use the law against Business owners to gain ownership of their properties.
The Company is not as it advertises as an investment company, it is aligned in order to asset strip and invoke predatory lending practices in order to gain access to assets and property forcing the business into foreclosure.
BEWARE of the Terracotta Group and associated Companies especially if they have alledgedly purchased your Commercial Business note.
