They are loan modification sales scam artists they will tell you what you want to hear. Beware do not use there service it is a scam for your last mortgage payment do not use anyone that says they can stop your foreclosure they say they are at 4023 kennett pike wilmington de 19807 but they are really in newport beach ca. ya they go by several different names because each name has a horrible reputation. prepare my documents, prepare our documents, doc prep 123 just search any of these names on google and you will see.., and the parent corporation is out of deleware. its 1st choice consultants llc. Do not fall prey to them and dont believe anyone that says to miss your mortgage payment. that is not only illegal but very unethical these guys don't care they will do anything or say anything for your last buck.
