presidential pools frank gravatt we'll replace your liner for $ 300.00 and "the damage we cause, well you'll have to pay for that" va beach, Washington

I hired presidential pools to remove and install a new pool liner.

As the contract states the old liner will be moved to the street for special pick up. This was about 6/19/11, the liner is still sitting in the same place the crew left it.

On the 19th the liner was put in and the water was filling but the skimmer was not put back and frank said he would be back the next day to do so my wife and i waited all day and no frank he did show up the following and put the skimmer back after i had to call and complain to his partner renee.

The hose was turned on and water runnig i gave the water about 2 hours to finish filling and went out to check it and the skimmer was broke. it was not broke when frank came out to start the job. i went ahead and  bought a new skimmer and replced it myself. 

Before i could replace the old skimmer i had to drain the pool water some to keep it from getting bihind the liner. once the new skimmer was in place i started up my pool everything was running fine.

i left to do some errands and when i came back i found the line to the pool was on the ground.

as it had not been secure and my back yard was now flooded.

When i contacted presidential pools via e-mail, i recieved no response. i explained the situation and told them i would take care of it myself, expecting some kind of response.

i had to e-mail them again and threaten to take this further and asking for half my money back,Renee did respond this time.

Her e-mail said, someone would come to remove the liner and Frank said he did not break the skimmer and the line to the pool was not intentional. no apoligy, and ofcourse nothing about my money back. 

So what was suppose to be a $300.00 job ended up costing me an additional $ 108.00 and i haven,t seen the water bill for 10,000 plus gallons of water.
