Presidential Wilderness Resorts ripoff, unbeleivable, ruined my life, i would sue if i had time and money, fraudulent, misrepresentation as real estate, Fredericksburg Virginia

This place is a complete scam. I payed over 5k for an associate membership after all of the fees last year. I have been trying to sell it since and have invested over 2k advertising it.

First off, let me tell you this. When they sold this to me, this one guy who was said to be "up from corporate" explicitly told me of real estate and how these things had "equity" and that how could you beat paying 5k for a place that has $9,500 in equity. Man if I had a recorder I could clean that place out but the problem is, its my word against his. I mean then they say I cannot come back and buy the resort if I did not buy it then.

I thought it was a great purchase and that it had real estate value. Boy, was i wrong, and it has really caused me a lot of heartache since thinking about it. I have tried selling it and the most anyone will ever give is $500 bucks and then I have to go and pay a $400 dollar fee to transfer the deed because they work with some shady company.

Therefore I will net $100 bucks from the sale after I have spent over 7k thinking this was a real estate investment. This has been an outrage to me and I would love to make a lawsuit, however I have not the time or the money too. Please lets try to get lawsuits against these people and at least prevent this from happening to someone else.
