Pressler And Pressler Put a lean on my bank account after payment arrangement was made Cedar Knolls New Jersey

Pressler and Pressler sent me a debt collection letter stating that I owed a credit card company money. So I called them up to set up a payment arrangment to settle my debt. I am a 27 year old single mother and wanted to start to build my credit. This was in october 2007.

A couple weeks after the payment arrangment was made I went to my bank to find out that a lean was put on my account and all of my money was drained from my savings account.

When I called Pressler and Pressler to get to the bottom of this, one of the attorneys there were very rude to me and when I asked to talk to his boss he hung-up on me.

Pressler and Pressler tricked me into giving them my bank account information. It is now April 2008 and Pressler and Pressler are claiming to not have received any of the money that was leaned from my account.

Not only did they take my money without my knowledge but I received a copy of my credit report which states a much smaller amount then what Pressler and Pressler has charged me for. I owed the credit card company a smaller amount.
