I recently had a run in with the fine folks at Pressler and Pressler, in particular Mr. Felt. They have levied my bank account at Wachovia. I just read about Mr. Lembo and his crew alleged hijacking of banking information.

For what its worth I have contacted "FBI" and filled a complaint at which time I was assured it would be investigated and that the Feds were not aware of the Lembo case, don't know why it supposedly involved 676,000 names at $10.00 a name in bribe monies, thats alot of tens. Imangine having that kind of disposable income laying around. Who pays the taxes on that?
Can't hurt reccomend all touched by Pressler and Pressler to do same.Anyway more federal authorities made aware of this can't hurt. FBI stated they have a $500,000 threshold, so more people that report the better.
