Pressler and Pressler Craig S. Stiller Lies under Declaration; no Personal Service, No Notice of Documen ts; Judgment Filed Even Answer Filed Also New York, New York

A complaint was filed against me by Midland Bank for a credit debt owed by my DEAD companion with both our names on it (me as secondary back-up).  Upon his death, they cancelled the card and debt ALLEGEDLY under his name and left a 0 balance under mine. 

New thing know I'm being sued 5 years later for the amount because my name was also on the card.  I answered the complaint served on me nearly 3 months after they filed it with the Court. 

 

I filed by fax per their cover letter instructions.  I have fax proof.  Friday (April 5) I get a solicatation letter about filing bankruptcy for the Judgment against me.  Sat. April 6, 2013, I get one from another attorney. 

I called and did research and found out this firm is infamous for doing these things.

I tried to find the attorney who signed, Craig Stiller, and he is not listed at that firm but they tell you he is in court "right now" and try and get personal information that they already have as I gave them the incident no.

I called Pressler and Pressler this Monday morning.  I was disconnect 3 times after waiting more than 10 minutes.  The fourth time I got someone who refused their name.  I asked for the atorney and he was "in court" so I demanded legal depart.  I told them they were being recorded.

I got a "manager".  I've not been disconnectted three times.  And 16.3 minutes after calling them and being passed around... I get yet one more person looking to get personal information.

I finally get the legal dept. and got an attorey, Mitch Ziggler.  I briefly told hiim they were in vilation of legal code and process and had entered Judgment against me for a deadman's debt that I had no part of and was not married to, nor did I have any legal obligation per the court and my attorney.  He tried to get personal information from me (not court, PERSONAL) that was not relevant so I said, "remember, you are being taped." He asked me if I had an attorney and I told him I was not ab out to hire an attorney to fight their illegal process engagement.  I have proof an answer was filed.  They will have to reverse their judgment and fight the case.  I will go public on Fbook, all stations and more and seek damages.

"Make the choice I told him."  He again, asked me for dob of birth even though he had the "incident" number right in front of him as well as my name and the attorney who lied under oath on the Judgment.
